Eyedeal Positions is designed to provide a service for both employees
seeking work and advertisers wishing to employ such parties as part
of their staff.
The providers of this service have agreed to charge a fee to advertisers
for this service. The fee will cover advertising costs for a period
of 60 days. No further charge will be incurred to the employers during
this period.
The fee includes cost of Advertising - $150.00 fee to be paid by the
advertiser. The charge remains regardless of whether that position is
filled. Eyedeal Positions will continue to advertise and seek for an
Orthoptist until that position is filled, for a period of 60 days with
no further charge to the advertiser.
The advertising duration of 60 days must be continuous and cannot
be split into several shorter advertising durations.
All invoices must be paid immediately upon receipt of invoice. Eyedeal
Positions reserves the right to void any advertising agreement upon
failure to do so.
Prices advised by Eyedeal Positions are exclusive of GST, unless specified
otherwise
Eyedeal Positions accepts no responsibility with regards to the workplace
agreements and conditions as contracted between the advertisers and
Jobseeker or any relevant adverse events related during the term of
employment.
Users of Eyedeal Careers acknowledge that any information collated is deemed strictly confidential and may only be used for the purpose of aiding the Job Seek process by Eyedeal Careers.
Eyedeal Positions will not be liable for any adverse incidences arising
from the employment of Jobseekers by Advertisers.
Advertisers have the responsibility to comply with the Equal Opportunity
Commission Act 1986 and to adhere to the Employment Rights and Awards
as determined by the relevant governing body
Jobseekers accept personal responsibility to ensure that all work
conditions offered by advertisers are acceptable and comply with employee
rights and regulations as outlined by the State and Federal Government.
Eyedeal Positions will make every endeavor to avoid errors in advertisements
but will not accept any responsibilities for any liabilities incurred.
Eyedeal Positions will also make every effort to ensure that advertising
details are accurate to the best of its knowledge but will not accept
any responsibility for any inaccuracies that may arise.
Eyedeal Positions reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising
agreement at any time, according to our discretion.
Eyedeal Positions reserves the right to edit and alter the advertising
content at any time, according to our discretion.
Users of this service expressly agrees not to engage the services
provided by Eyedeal Positions for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal
or prohibited by the stipulated terms and conditions.
Users of this service may NOT use any part of the material provided
by Eyedeal Positions to establish, maintain or provide, or assist in
establishing, maintaining or providing your own publications, Internet
site or any other means of distribution.
Users may use the content provided by Eyedeal Positions for your
own personal reference only. The content maintained by Eyedeal Positions
may not be replicated, copied, published or altered or transmitted by
any means, either in part of whole, without the prior written consent
from Eyedeal Positions.
Eyedeal Positions reserves all intellectual property rights contained
