Orthoptist, Optometrist or Technician

Description

Position available for an orthoptist/optometrist/technician for expanding practice in Inner West.

The practice is :
– busy General Ophthalmology practice
– wide experience in all aspects of Ophthalmology
– expanding rapidly
– paid training and conferences given if required

Duties include:
– screening patients
– performing scans on patients (OCT, Biometry, Fundus photography)
– assisting for injections
– assisting with new technology (such as Red Light Therapy)

Hours:
– flexible hours available if part time (can coincide with school hours)
– Casual, Part time or Full time offered

Additional duties:
– additional training and duties can include coming to the operating theatre, sterilising instruments

No experience required- paid training can be provided.

Mandatory requirements:
– professional attire and behaviour at all times
– working well within a team
– working with children check
