Dry Eye Specialist / Ocular Wellness Clinician
Description
We are seeking a Dry Eye Specialist to support our doctor-led clinic in delivering advanced dry eye assessments and treatments. This role may suit an Eye Technician, Ophthalmic Assistant, Optometry Assistant, or Junior Doctor with an interest in ocular wellness and preventative healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Perform dry eye diagnostic testing and patient assessments
Assist with dry eye treatments and ocular wellness procedures
Educate patients on eye health and treatment plans
Operate ocular diagnostic and treatment devices
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards
Requirements
Experience in ophthalmology, optometry, healthcare, or medicine
Strong communication and patient care skills
Professional presentation and attention to detail
Interest in dry eye management and advanced eye technologies
Preferred
Experience with dry eye devices and diagnostics
AHPRA registration for junior doctor applicants preferred
