Orthoptist / Practice Manager

Description

Private ophthalmology practice in Sydney’s Inner West, seeking a motivated orthoptist to join our team in a combined clinical and practice management role.

This position offers the opportunity to be involved in the development and growth of the practice including exposure to practice operations such as equipment procurement, software systems, and coordination with healthcare partners and suppliers.

The role will commence part-time, with the potential to expand to full-time as the practice grows.

Role includes

* Orthoptic clinical work within a private ophthalmology setting

* Assisting with practice operations and day-to-day management

* Supporting the ongoing development of the practice

Requirements

* Experience working as an orthoptist in private ophthalmology or optometry

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Interest in practice development and management

* Previous practice manager experience advantageous but not essential
