Orthoptist or ophthalmic technician
Description
Our friendly ophthalmology practice is seeking a casual orthoptist/ophthalmic technician for 2-3 days per week (negotiable). We have 4 ophthalmologists providing a range of ophthalmic services including cataract, glaucoma, medical retina, paediatrics and oculoplastics.
We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated team member to assist with patient screening, diagnostic testing (HVF, OCT, biometry, fundus photos) and minor procedures. On site training is provided for the practice management software (Xestro). We encourage both new and experienced orthoptists to apply.
