Advertiser Terms & Conditions

By advertising with Eyedeal Careers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

• Eyedeal Careers is designed to provide a service for both employees seeking work and advertisers wishing to employ such parties as part of their staff.
• The providers of this service have agreed to charge a fee to advertisers for this service. The fee will cover advertising costs for a period of 2 months. No further charge will be incurred to the employers during this period for that particular job listing.
• The cost of advertising is AUD $225.00 to be paid by the advertiser. The charge remains regardless of whether that position is filled. This fee covers the Eyedeal Careers website listing, notifying all registered Orthoptists, Optometrists, Ophthalmic Assistants and various eye care professionals of the vacancy via an e-mail campaign as well as promoting the Job Advertisement via various popular social media channels, such as Facebook and Instagram.
• The advertising duration of 2 months must be continuous and cannot be split into several shorter advertising durations. If the advertiser would like to extend the listing, a further fee of AUD $225.00 will apply.
• Payment can be made by either credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) at the time of advertising or by direct bank transfer within 21 days of receiving a Tax Invoice. Eyedeal Careers reserves the right to void any advertising agreement upon failure pay by the due date.
• Prices advised by Eyedeal Careers are exclusive of GST, unless specified otherwise. We are a GST exempt business. The ABN for Eyedeal Careers is 34 034 312 210.
• Eyedeal Careers accepts no responsibility with regards to the workplace agreements and conditions as contracted between the advertisers and Job Seeker or any relevant adverse events related during the term of employment.
• Users of Eyedeal Careers acknowledge that any information collated is deemed strictly confidential and may only be used for the purpose of aiding the Job Seek process by Eyedeal Careers.
• Eyedeal Careers will not be liable for any adverse incidences arising from the employment of Jobseekers by Advertisers.
• Advertisers have the responsibility to comply with the Equal Opportunity Commission Act 1986 and to adhere to the Employment Rights and Awards as determined by the relevant governing body
• Job Seekers assume personal responsibility to ensure that all work conditions offered by advertisers are acceptable and comply with employee rights and regulations as outlined by the State and Federal Government of Australia or the appropriate employment legislation in other countries.
• Eyedeal Careers will make every endeavor to avoid errors in advertisements but will not accept any responsibilities for any liabilities incurred. Eyedeal Careers will also make every effort to ensure that advertising details are accurate to the best of its knowledge but will not accept any responsibility for any inaccuracies that may arise.
• Eyedeal Careers reserve the right to reject or cancel any advertising agreement at any time, according to our discretion.
• Eyedeal Careers reserve the right to edit and alter the advertising content at any time, according to our discretion.
• Users of this service expressly agrees not to engage the services provided by Eyedeal Careers for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or prohibited by the stipulated terms and conditions.
• Users of this service may NOT use any part of the material provided by Eyedeal Careers to establish, maintain or provide, or assist in establishing, maintaining or providing your own publications, internet site or any other means of distribution.
• Users may use the content provided by Eyedeal Careers for your own personal reference only. The content maintained by Eyedeal Careers may not be replicated, copied, published or altered or transmitted by any means, either in part of whole, without the prior written consent from Eyedeal Careers.
• Eyedeal Careers reserves all intellectual property rights contained in any and all documentation, media, records and website contents provided by Eyedeal Careers. By using our service, you agree not in infringe on any of Eyedeal Careers’ rights without prior written consent. You also agree not to utilize any service / information for personal or financial gain.
• Any visitor to www.eyedealcareers.com is deemed a user of the service. Any breach of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions by any user will face legal prosecution by the providers of the service.
• Any recipient of authorised communication generated by Eyedeal Careers is deemed a user of the service and is bound by the Terms and Conditions as outlined.
