		Job Title: Orthoptist (full time) - Chatswood, NSW Job Type: Full Time Location: Chatswood, NSW Date Advertised: 4/03/2025 Description: We currently have a full time opportunity available for an experienced Orthoptist (new graduates will also be considered). Our clinical team is led by internationally recognised specialists in laser eye surgery, refractive lens exchange, laser cataract surgery, corneal conditions, retinal conditions and glaucoma. Vision Eye Institute Chatswood is located in a purpose-built facility, specifically designed for ophthalmic consultations, diagnostic testing and outpatient procedures. Vision Eye Institute Chatswood offers a comprehensive range of ophthalmic services. Key responsibilities include: - Ophthalmic and medical history/Orthoptic assessment - Clinical assessment and perform investigations such as visual field testing, OCT and angiography - Biometry and Corneal Topography - Patient counselling - Primary assessment and triage of referrals - Work with up to date technology and instruments - Ongoing professional development will be provided New Graduates welcome to apply About you: - Excellent clinical skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail - Orthoptic qualification and current Australian Orthoptic Board registration - Experience in a similar role Our vision for our people.
