About the role:
We're searching for a full-time, permanent Practice Manager to drive clinic growth, enhance customer experience, optimise operations, and foster a culture of collaboration. While experience in healthcare management, especially in ophthalmology, is beneficial, we prioritise a positive attitude and a thirst for growth.

Optometrists and Orthoptists are encouraged to consider stepping into a management role and exploring new horizons.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Lead and empower our administrative and clinical teams
• Implement efficient processes and utilise technology for operational excellence
• Build strong relationships with doctors, referrers, and shared services teams
• Ensure financial health through strategic pricing, billing efficiency, and procurement
• Drive practice growth through meticulous business planning and budgeting

Personal Skills and Attributes:
• Excellent people management and stakeholder communication skills
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Passion for providing top-notch patient care
• Familiarity with practice management software, particularly Best Practice VIP / Genie, is highly desirable
• Financial acumen and attention to detail
• Proven ability to multitask, with strong time management and organisational skills
