Description: We are an established ophthalmic practice in Parramatta seeking a bright and enthusiastic person to join our team.

The position involves liaising with patients, assisting the doctors, practice manager and clinical staff.

Some medical reception experience would be an advantage, however full training will be provided. The successful applicant should be well presented, enjoy working as part of a team, must have excellent computer and communication skills and display outstanding customer service for a wide-range of patients.

Your responsibility in this role would include:

- Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients
- Meet and greet patients
- Managing all incoming calls and organizing patients
- Managing patients records confidentially and efficiently
- Surgery Booking, Billing and general administration in the day to day operation of a medical specialist office
