Key Tasks include but are not limited to: • Work proactively with patients, doctors and all team members • Responsible for ensuring patients are appropriately and strategically booked to ensure clinic runs to time on a day to day basis • Ensure triage process is adhered to in accordance with policy and procedure • Provision of analytical data relating to appointment information ie DNA’s, rescheduling and appointment referrals • Responsible for appointment follow up and timely documentation as per policy and procedure • Ensure all patient information is obtained and entered into data system • Assist with doctor scheduling and planning • Orthoptic duties as required • Collect data, set up and maintain accurate records and databases Skills/Experience Required: • Applicants must have a Bachelor of Health Science Degree or Orthoptics Qualification • Registration with AOB • Previous patient care / medical industry experience • Demonstrated written, verbal and interpersonal skills • Effective time management, priority management and problem solving skills and exceptional administrative skills • Flexibility – able to adjust sessions and hours to suit the needs of the business Contact Details: For further information or to apply, please contact Margaret Kelly via email: margaret.kelly@vei.com.au Applications may also be submitted via the APPLY NOW! eForm.
