Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic orthoptist to
join our retinal practice in Strathfield. Our friendly professiona-
l team consist of 9 ophthalmologists and 6 orthoptists.
T-
here are 2 positions available. One is full time and one
is part time. With P/T applicants please include your availabil-
ity. Experienced applicants or new graduates are welcome
to apply.
Duties include:
Clinical workup
OCT scanning
-
Retinal photography
Fluorescein angiography with Heidelberg
HRA
ICG
A-Scan
B-Scan
Humphrey Visual field testing
-
Patient counselling and consent
Assisting with minor
operations
Clinical trial research
Extensive training will
be provided.
We provide regular in-house teaching and sponsor
orthoptists to attend external courses to further their
career.
