Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthoptist/Oph-
thalmic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for providing clinical services, and ensurin-
g the smooth operation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilitie-
s:
Performing various diagnostic imaging including:
OCT, Fundus Photography and Angiography, Retinal Photography,
Biometry, Immersion Ultrasonography, Topography, and Humphrey
Visual Fields.
Assisting Doctors with minor procedures
and intravitreal injections.
Coordinate patient care by
scheduling appointments, managing referrals and communicating
with other healthcare professionals.
Participate in multidiscip-
linary team meetings and contribute to the development
of the practice.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's and/or Master's
degrees in Orthoptics highly desirable
Strong organisatio-
nal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaborative-
ly in a multidisciplinary team.
