Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly
motivated and experienced Senior Orthoptist to join our dynamic
team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role
in diagnosing and managing a variety of eye conditions, providing
high-quality care to our patients. This is an excellent

Key
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments
of patients with visual disorders, including complex retinal
conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans.
Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other
healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
Educate
patients and their families on eye health and treatment
options.
Supervise and mentor junior staff and existing orthopt-
ists/ophthalmic assistants.
Participate in research
and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate patient
records and documentation.
Maintain equipment calibratio-
n and servicing
Medical stock Management
Surgical
list monitoring and billings
Qualifications:
Bachelors
or Masters degree in Orthoptics.
Minimum of 4-5 years
of experience in an orthoptic role.
Strong clinical skills
with a focus on patient-centered care.
Excellent communic-
ation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effective-
ly in a multidisciplinary team.
