We have a full-time opportunity for an Ophthalmic Technic-
ian available at our clinic in Chatswood for a period
of 12-months to cover parental leave.

The successful
applicant will be required to undertake the following duties:

> General patient history taking and consulting duties
>
OCT and OCTA
> Fundus photography
> Fluorescein/indocyanin-
e green angiography
> Interpretation of OCT scans
>
Intravitreal injection assistance
> Patient counselling and
education
> Referral triage and orthoptic duties
> Proficient
in Microsoft Office Suite
> Analytical and problem-solving
skills
> Excellent time and priority management skills
>
Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills includin-
g demonstrated ability to develop productive relationships
with other staff, colleagues and doctors at all
Tertiary
qualification in Science or similar degree (highly advantage-
ous)
